My Dodge Neon 05 wont start?

OKay so i asked this question but it wasn't the correct answer, so i have a red light on my dashboard, its circle and stays lite. I was told the security thing came on but its not. We ran a diagnostic but they didn't know what was up. Reset the car but nothing worked. The car will not click over. What can be wrong? There is also a engine light. This happened when i wrecked. As soon i hit the car i SHUT it off, and when i wanted to turn it on it wouldn't. We are taking it to mechanic tomorrow but i wanna know if we can do anything tonight. HELP LOL
