im not sure when your suppose to take it like is it on the first day of my period?
and people say it made them gain weight, puke after they take it, break out, give them bad head aches.
is this true cause if it is i don't want to be on it cause i am trying to lose weight.
so can some one please help me and not be an asshole about it
