my disc seams to drying out

I have degernate disc disease I also have back pain and can no longer walk without a cane ..L 4 and l 5 disc have been injured...I haveing peoblems with balance ...can anyone help me ...any suggestions for me...twylights
 
Have you had an MRI recently and been seen by a neurosurgeon and/or orthopedic spine surgeon? Are you in active pain management?
