My dietitian told me to eat more fat? (healthy fats)?

He said that because I'm a fast oxidizer(basically means I burn carbs very quickly), I should eat a diet higher in fats. He even told me to eat full-fat cheese and whole milk, but I'm a little afraid to do that.

Now I'm afraid that I'm eating too many healthy healthy fats.

On a typical day I may have:

salmon
cashews(about 13)
peanut butter (usually 1 tablespoon)
vegetables sauted with olive oil
cheese

..I have all this in addition to fruits and other things. I typically only eat healthy foods.
I'm afraid I may be taking in too many healthy fats. Is this bad?
