...were my server? She also cut her hours & is now asking to be paid weekly instead of on a daily rate. So now it doesn't matter if your kid is there three days or five, you still pay for five days. My husband and I love her as a sitter; she is so good with our son, but the hours cut is making it hard to stay. We also love eating at Olive Garden when we can. I was just wondering what everyone else thought. She already rules over a big area of my life, I was just curious how much do I have to tip her if she is my server (10% or does it have to be customary 15% or just a couple bucks)?
