...FIND HIM? have been looking for my daughters father for years. She is almost a teenager now. She hasn't seen him since she was very little. She asks about him a lot lately, it's been hard on her not knowing what happened to him. I've tried my best to answer her questions.
However, recently, when I went to file a complaint against him for back child support (he owes 30k), 2 weeks later I got a notice in the mail saying she was eligible for military benefits!! I was so surprised, shocked, etc. Happy and sad. Now my daughter wants to know where he is, we have looked on google everywhere all the sites costs money. I cant get any info from the insurance either, in fact its no good since I don't have his ss#!! I want to find him. He owes us big time and started another family and im sure his other kid is getting his army benefits. This is not fair at all, my daughter came first. How do i go about this?A friend of mine said call his commander and tell them the situation, i dont even know where he is tho! And i dont want to get him kicked out of the military for being a deadbeat dad, now that he finally has an income i think he should pay, mostly because he was not there for us. How do i go about this? Please help!
Yes of course there was paperwork filed. Years ago. He kept moving and never paid! There has been a child support order in place for 12 years and have received nothing. I do have those documents. I say he went missing, because thats exactly what deadbeat dads do that dont want to be found, they go "missing". Just needed some info on how i can find him myself or if i need to hire a lawyer, my friend says call his commander but I dont even know his job in the army so just wanted some GOOD advice. Thanks
