I just recently got into a rear end accident and all the girl got was my license plate, phone number, and the name of my insurance triple a. She didn't get my policy number because I did not have it with me at the time so I planned on giving it to her later. My dad says to wait it out and let the insurance call us because he says he has been in this type of situation a lot and that they will call him later. Problem is its been 4 days and im scared other problems are going to occur that arn't needed. Can someone tell me what to do? My dad is rebellious and really doesn't like our law but at the same time he says it is legal for them to get a police report before doing this and that. The girl has been calling for the past few days but my dad refuses to answer, I really don't know what to do. I am 18 and my family is struggling with money so I don't want this to be on my record and I don't want to dish out more money lose or win
