donkey kick (by a human)? We got into an argument about the best way to kick a door open. He says a running dropkick, because the weight and momentum hitting the door is greater than a donkey kick (person turns back to target, and kicks backwards while keeping their back away, kind of like a donkey when it kicks).
I say the donkey kick, because when you leave the ground for a running dropkick, you have no force behind you except for the weight and momentum.
Which method do YOU think would deliver more force, and why?
