...on the side says otherwise? Help meee! I called Cricket and the guy had such a heavy accent I couldn't understand him. The weird thing is I don't even remember putting it on silent mode. With most phones there's a button on the side to quickly turn the sound up and down but it says it's on high, but it doesn't make any noise. It doesn't even vibrate. It used to (it was still stuck on silent mode) but it stopped and I don't know why.
