My cricket phone (CRICKET MSGM8 II) wont send picture messages!?

I can receive but not send picture messages, I have th 40$ plan and Im supposed to be able to , but every time I try it stalls at 45%!
Yesterday I went to the store and the guys fixed it for me, but it stopped working !
Help please!
