My Coworkers hair - had a horrible odor - how do i break the news to her?

My co worker for 2 years has horrible dandruff but thats not it. It has this extream horrible odor that is deadly. You cant stand next to here or if she walks by its a wind of death. What is a nice way of telling here? PLEAS HELP!!!
