My cousin cant bluetooth anything to me but I can to her. On her end it says failed...

...each time.? Hi, I can bluetooth my cousins phone and send ringtones/pictures and such but when she tries to do it to send me something she cant, it says "failure in sending". It pairs us and then she goes to send something and it gives that message. She can send to other peoples phones so we are confused. Help please! Thanks and have a great day.
Ps. We have the same company.
 
How far away are you when she tries to send you something? maybe too close?
