My cooking plans for the weekend

I'm stuck at home due to a work project and I have to be ready to assist
at any point so it's as good a time as any to cook some meals to be
frozen for later.

Planning:

Stuffed peppers because I really liked them when I made them a couple of
weeks ago. Going to try altering the recipe I used.

A ham and rice casserole that calls for broccoli but I'm going to sub
spinach

Not sure what else, but I used a chicken carcass for a stock today, so
have that available too. A head of cauliflower, potatoes, fresh green
beans from somewhere because they're sure not local, lots of onions,
beef bones so maybe another stock; shrimp, so maybe more tempura. I
might do that with some of the green beans, too.

I've got an awful case of the sneezes and that usually signals the start
of a cold for me. Soups sound good to have ready.

Speaking of sneezes just in case it's just allergies, I had a
measurement today for new carpet or hardwood floors. I bought a Groupon
at a good deal from a local flooring place. My carpet is old, and I
have cats, so I'm sure it's full of fur that can't get vacuumed up anymore.

I haven't had them in a few years.

Excellent idea. Broccoli, blecch!
