My computer wants to save Mp3's as an HTML? How do I change that?

I right click on the file, and select Save Target As... and a window pops up for it to save. It is normal from when I would do it before, but now it only shows the option to save as an HTML file. How do I fix this problem? The only options I have are HTML and All Files. All Files just shows all files under the folder.

If those are the only two options then you really cannot do anything about it unless you convert it with a program.
