L :) LG :) Guest Jul 2, 2009 #2 Ok. I have had this problem in the past. FYI - this is called the Blue Screen of Death (or BSoD for short). It is safe to turn your computer on, and the name suggests something horrible but it really isn't. Mind you, I had this and my computer ended up crashing and it cost more than the actual laptop to fix it, so I got a new laptop. Try restoring your computer to a previous date. Good luck,

E em k Guest Jul 2, 2009 #5 It is nothing serious. Leave it off for an hour and then turn it back on. This is something that happens a lot. Your files will still be there.
