My computer screen is being weird?

Hey everytime I play a game such as World of Warcraft or Secondlife on my computer the entire page zooms in to wear I can't see the exit button or most of the stuff around the edges of the screen. It didn't used to do this and I don't know how to fix it... It's not the game zoomed in but it's the entire page zoomed in. Does anybody know how to fix this?
 
You might want to start off by understanding the difference between "wear" and "where." I think that should start you off in the right direction.
