My Computer Reads my Water Damaged iPhone?

So I dropped my iPhone in the toilet like last year, and I haven't done anything with it since... But now I'm trying to use it. I plugged it into the computer, and on the iPhone, it shows a battery which is barely full, and it just looks like it does when it has low battery. Under it, there is like a lightning icon... But when I go to my computer, it doesn't show my iPhone or anything... What do I do now?
 
You need to get it repaired properly at some repair centre nearby.

Otherwise, your iphone got powered on bcoz it was provided with a power supply on your PC. But the PC wont be able to read the phone bcoz the chip got damaged in the process.

I think its the best option available.
