My computer is telling me to downloiad newest version of Adobe Flash Player?

When I do that I get an error message. I go to the error message and do what it tells me to do with Active X prompting and enabling and reset and it still will not allow the program to run. I spent over 1 hour with Verizon Help on the phone with them taking over the use of my system and they could not even find the problem. Why is this not working when I have done all that it said to do?
 
I also had a problem running that installer over activeX controller. You can try this. Go to filehippo.com or softpedia.org. Download the latest flash player installer from there and install it. That should solve your problem.
