Heres the details. My sis just finished installing internet explorer 7. A message popped up and said to restart the pc. I did as it told me to. When it restarted though, nothing appeared. It was just my wallpaper, no start menu, no desktop, no icons on the sides, nothing. Just 1 big wallpaper. I experimented with it and found out I can use the Ctrl+Alt+del controls ONLY. So now Im lost. Any ideas?
