Someone PLEASE help me. It wasnt like this a moment ago.
I was on facebook, logged out of it, then tried to log into myyearbook.com. It didn't let me, it said not responding and I tried to close IE. (Dont tell me to use something else, that isnt the answer Im here for. I use Internet Explorer and it's what I used when I had the problem.) Then my screen went black and when it came back in it let me change it but now EVERYTHING is light blue. Like the outlining of IE, ventrilo, World of Warcraft even... what is this?
