My computer doesn't read my flash drive?

All that I know about it is that the manufacturer is Maxwell.
I tried another usb port and that doesn't help

Try it in another port on the computer, and also try it in another computer to see if the flash drive actually works or if is a problem with the specific port or with the computer's file system. For example my computer is too slow to read my iPhone's photo directory and so I have to use another's computer in order to offload photos.
