my comp just flashed with virus!!!?

all these boxes just flashed up saying my comp had trojan viruses etc! what do i do???
its all flashing with windows stuff and saying i have a malaysian hacker! what do i do!

Disconnect from the internet straight away then do a virus scan and delete virus.

I would change all passwords as you computer will be compromised.
