My common law spouse kissed another woman?

It's up to you. It almost sounds like this other woman wanted you to find the pictures so that you would break up and she could have her chance. If you trust him forgive him but have a talk about how he needs to be more careful as he almost lost you over something stupid and he needs to get his priorities straight
 
We have been together 8 yrs, have a home, we are expecting our 1st child which he did not know about until he came back from his work trip. I found pictures that the woman who he kissed stuffed in his suitcase. I love him to death, he says he only kissed her and that it was just a drunken stupid mistake. The picture shows them kissing and you can tell its merely just for show for the picture, but I don't know how to let it go...I want it to work and we are currently not in the same province as I needed time to think...should I forgive him?
 
After 8 years, he should know better what he did was wrong and that you would not like it at all. Kick him out-move on. He'll do it again. But you won't listen-you'll stay with him. Think of your unborn child who needs a really good faithful father that will make his mommy happy. Instead of stressing her out with games.
