When I press > on demand on my remote, it goes to > the on demand page but the page says: no frame for top level folder.
There is also only one available thing to choose from instead of the usual: movies, tv shows, music, etc.
At the moment you can only choose -About Comcast- and there are some videos on how to use on demand....
Comcast put me on hold and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this??
