I noticed about three weeks or so ago that a dark spot seems to have appeared on the lower front of my cockatiel's beak. It has gotten a little bigger over time as well instead of going away like I hoped for it to, so I've become concerned. Is this a sign of any kind of illness, and if so, what do I need to do besides probably getting her to a vet if need be?
My cockatiel is about 6 months old and she is on a seed diet currently because despite that I give her pellets and at times fresh fruits/vegetables as well, she's a very finicky eater and most of the time will only eat seeds.
