...as well? My clutch has been going out for a few weeks now. Going highway speeds, I get on the gas and RPM's go up 2000 rpm and speed doesn't change. Definitely worn clutch. I got a few estimates from some local shops and had one say that he would replace the slave cylinder as well, no mater if it was good or bad. Said it would up price $140, but would save money later if it were to go out, beings this cylinder is located in my transmission. My question is, should I have him change it or should I save money and keep the one I have. It currently has no problems that I am aware of and I believe I will only have this truck for another year or two max.
