My Chrysler New Yorker WON't shift out of Low GEAR?

I have a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker with a transmission oil leak. It takes ATF+4 transmission fluid. I confess most of the time I kept topping it off with other type of fluids like Dex-Merc. Well today for a time it would not even go forward....only backwards. So I put a little ATF+4 transmission fluid and a few ounces of Transmission tune-up fluid...and the foward started to work again,, but it would not shift to the higher gears as I pick up speed.

Also when I put in gear either foward or reverse...the car does not move at all. It only move when I step on the gas and get the RPM up ............Even then there is like drag.

Do you think a transmission oild change with the right fluid will help or is my problem something eles. Please help with some info..thanks...
I have a Chrysler New Yorker , Fifth Ave edition. I think it has a A604 transmission. It has a 3.3 liter engine.
It may be in the "limp-home-mode" which mean it will not go higher than 2nd gear on computer control.
