cooking or take it out? I'm baking a chicken and it's almost done, should I turn the oven off and take the chicken out or just leave it inside?
 
It depends. If you are going to eat it right away I would take it out of the oven. If you need to keep it hot for a while, turn of the oven and leave it in there. Maybe open the oven door a little way to let some of the heat out. If it is too hot it will over cook your chicken.
