Okay, he's one of the PICKIEST fricken marker's ever. He took 5% off my assignment because I used paper from my notebook with the fringe sticking out. On a test he took off 1/2 a mark because I didn't write the category after the types of categories (the question was what were the 3 types of sciences so I wrote life, earth, space but he took a mark off cause I didn't write life SCIENCE, space SCIENCE, etc. He also takes marks off if you hand in an assignment written in pencil. For any short answer questions you got to be 100% RIGHT ON (your answer has to be right from the textbook or else you will get 0 marks even if it is partially right) . Also he gets really mad at kids who talk in his class, BUT he'll go off topic on some random thing for about 10 minutes. Also, some kids asked for the stapler to staple their assignments and he wouldn't give it to them! Basically he marks on his very personal opinion on what he thinks is right not on what you actually know. I bet I'd get 10% higher if I had another teacher. One more thing, the class average for his class is 60, while the other classes have like a 78 average and he still doesn't think he marks too hard. What can I do? He is practically impossible to negotiate with.
