When I ctart Chat from the New menu I get a message box stating "to chat or send text messages, first sign in to chat. I do not see an option to sign in. I am signed in to Yahoo with my ID and password but chat is only showing as being off line. How can I fix that. I am not using messenger, and I am not signed in on another computer?? Thank you.
My chat within the yahoo mail will not change status. It is always off line.?
