I recently got a dollar behind debt and got charged 35$ I guess it was my first time mistake and I payed the debt off. But now in my bank activity it says
RETURNED ITEM FEE FOR AN UNPAID $55.00 ITEM - DETAILS: PAYPAL TRANSFER
What? I sent 55$ to a person as a gift for virtual goods like 3 weeks ago which he never gave so I have to dispute it hes not giving me a refund. Why am I being charged another 35$?
