My chances of getting into Eastern Washington University?

I am Receiving my General 2 year transfer from a community college with a GPA of 2.8. I never took SAT and ACT because as a transfer I don't need to send them in all I need to send in is my application and transcript.They also Said I needed a gpa of 2.5 to apply and if it was below 2.5. So what are my odds with a Gpa of 2.8 and a transfer degree of getting into Eastern Washington University
