my cellphone's memory card.i forgot the password.?

how can i reformat/ format my memory card without using a card reader? i forgot the password and before i could format it, password is needed.. please help. thanks..
about the FExplorer it didnt work for me because i changed unit.. i mean my phone.
 
do your memory card work in your cellphone
if yes
then there is an option in which you can fomat your card
