My cellphone is 2 weeks late?...?

Hello. well we got a good deal at us cellualr for an htc touch pro since my phone kept breaking. we went there on saturday the day befor easter, they set it up for us and they said it would be there the following friday, it never showed and now today is the 2nd week since we went there and it still hasnt arrived yet. its supposed to come from the HTC factory. what do i do now?
 
I would contact us cell and ask them why it isn't there yet, see what kind of rebates you could get considering the circumstances
