my cellphone dropped in the toilet on sunday?

i dropped my phone in the toilet on sundayy and then i blow dried it and then i put it in rice. and my phone was glitchy i checked it yesterday i cld turn it out and today i tried and i turned it on i can text but i cant make phone calls or use the internet should i give it a couple days ??
