My cell phone stopped receiving texts and I can't send any either. I can't find other problems. I have Rogers.?

I can call perfectly fine. I have tried shutting off my phone then turning it back on. I have shut it off then taken both the sim card and battery out then inserted them back. I don't know what's wrong.
