Ok so I live in Stockon California and I have At&t. My plan has 700 free anytime minutes and unlimited nighta and weekend minutes. I am on vacation in Reno Nevada which is about 2-3 hours away from Stockton. If I use my free minutes in Reno, will I be charged???
