my cell phone died downloading a game?

i have Verizon and i was downloading cake mania half way through it my phone died will it show up on the bill?
i looked at my games and it wasn't there to play. i'm 13 so i cant check my account.
 
omg! WHY DID YOU DO THAT??? it will charge your phone over and over if it didnt actually downloaded. looks like youll be broke soon. my advice: get an ipod
