My cell phone bill is lying, how can I prove it?

I had my cell phone taken away for two months because my bill said I had been texting until two or so in the morning.
After I got it back I made a conscience effort to not text past ten, respecting my parents wishes.
I know I didn't, but the bill says I was texting until two in the morning for two days.
Is there any possible explanation? Something I can do?
 
Verify your facts with the person that you "did not" send messages to - if the person will not comply, then the truth is being lost somewhere !!
