Hi! i have an at & t cell phone, (propel) and i dont know why but it's acting really strange, every time i try to turn it on/charge it it says DOWNLOAD. and stays that way...nothing else. it's weird. PLEASE can someone help me???!! i really need to know how to get it to work again, thank you!!! (sometimes it works but now all it's saying is download still)
