my cats are always whining its really annoying how do i know what they want?

i have two cats coco and mittens coco's 10 and mittens is 4 all they do is whinge its really annoying and coco has like lost his mind he pees every where and has scabs all over him.
he always has to be up high he only eat when hes on the table sometimes.
we don't know whats wrong with them we need help
we want to know what they want they meow we feed them half a normal can each and then want more can after can they eat to much
but neither of them are fat
HELP MEE!!!
 
have you brought both of them to the vet??it might be an illness..or...they have something that is bothering them and cats can also see the supernaturnal like dogs so there might be a something that is scaring them....
 
From what you said, I don't think you're feeding them enough.

Start leaving a bowl of high quality dry cat food - like Science Diet dry - out all the time.

Some cats will overeat, but they are very much the exceptions.

Coco needs to be seen by a vet - scabs are not normal and it may be a medical problem causing the urinate outside the litter box.

Take them to the vet for a full checkup.
