I don't know why, but my cat refuses to eat or drink anything. What has me worried is that he had gone missing on Monday, and my family and I didn't see him again until Thursday (ONLY because we started searching the woods around our house. I saw him just sitting in the leaves. When I called him, he looked up at me, but wouldn't come. I had to actually pick him up and bring him back; thankfully he didn't fight me.) By that point, we knew he hadn't drank or eaten anything, and took him to the vet. They couldn't find anything wrong with him (but they gave him a vitamin and some water pouch thing they put under his skin for his body to absorb.)
All this is really starting to worry me. We have had our cat for a little over 10 years; he is neutered, and he has NEVER refused food (he is a big cat, who normally weighs 15lbs). We've attempted to give him "yummy" food like he always loved: tuna and chicken. We even bought a jar of baby food (turkey flavor) and he thankfully nibbles on that. We have to force feed him water, but he isn't getting a lot. I'm starting to get really worried and don't know what to do.
What can I do to help my cat?

The vet did run tests. They took a sample of his urine (because on the way to the vet, he peed all in his carrier, which is something else he has NEVER done), and they took a blood sample and ran tests.
Also, he does not have worms. Not even a week before this, we gave him worm medicine like we do almost 3 times a year; so unless he threw the pill back up, he has no worms.
