Saturday morning, 9am, she had her teeth cleaned under general anesthesia (no extractions needed, 1st time cleaning). The vet said she woke up quickly after (30 minutes) and had me pick her up at 330pm, to be sure he could observe her, since she's 12. All her blood work is normal, no other health problems. She came home and wandered around, a little wobbly, but ok. After about an hour, she sat next to her food dish (she usually only eats crunchy) so I gave her some (about 1-2 tbsp) A/D soft food from the vet. She gobbled it up, used the litter box, and went to relax in her favorite closet. I went to check one her regularly, offered her more food and water, which she sniffed but didn't want. At 11pm, I gave her Clavamox as prescribed, offered food and water again. Crunchy food and water in a fountain are always available. She didn't want any and went to sleep. Today, I gave her the Clavamox at 11am and she drooled all over the place. She hasn't eaten or had anything to drink since that initial bit when she came home and she just wants to sleep in the closet and be petted. She seems lethargic. I offered her yogurt, which she usually loves, A/D, water. Now what? The vet's closed since it's Sunday. I plan to call 1st thing tomorrow, but is this normal, should I discontinue Clavamox, any food/water suggestions. Also, she is usually very vocal, but has only meowed a couple times after last night (she was vocal when she got home). Thanks so much.
