My cat peed on the lounge?

Last night we were on the lounge and she was lying on the end of the chaise and I noticed a funny smell, when looked closely I saw that she had weed. She didn't want to get off her wee patch for me to clean it either! It was the first time she's ever peed outside her litter box. She has no other symptoms and is just as crazy as normal (15 months old). Why would she do this? (her litter box was clean and I'm sure it doesn't hurt for her to pee so it's not a UTI)
 
It's odd that she didn't pee the normal way cats do (standing up, squatting down) there isn't any way for you to know if she has a UTI because cats have a high pain tolerance and they don't vocalize it unless it's an extreme amount of pain (or sudden pain like stepping on their tails).
I think you should take her to a vet and have them check her out, because it's not normal at all, and there is probably something wrong with her if she is loosing bladder control like that.
