My cat is weird do you know whats wrong withe her?

my cat is weird she sticks her but in the air in front of my other male........but he is neutered and i wanted to know what the hell is going on but its not a stretch kinda way so im concerned.
 
Its her way of "flirting" They do this to show of their "thing" Kinda like "Hey! Im a female, come smell me!" She could be in heat or , just saying whats up :)
 
simple she is in heat. and just because your male cat doesnt have male parts doesnt mean he never wants to have sex again soo. yeah. that's what's up.
 
if your female cat isn't fixed she is in heat. don't let her outside around unaltered males. because she will get pregnant. usually when cats are in heat they make really funny noises also
