stop him? I just moved to a new place (2 weeks), and my 2 year old cat cries and meows when I leave in the evening. He has always been a pretty vocal cat, but this is excessive and likely disturbing my neighbours. I do not want to give him up, but I also do not want to get kicked out of the building.
