My cat has an a bad wound what should i do?

its not really my cat its a cat that hangs out .. outside and we feed it ... and a about a week and a half ago i noticed one of his ball sacks was ripped open and now it's all red and keeps bleeding .. problably because he's outside .. what should i do .. cant take him to vet im broke
