My cat as got fleas and now got an open wound on his neck due to scratching. We have gave him spot on for dogs and went through a rough 12 hours with him sunday night but he seems to be fine now. I don't really want to put anymore flea stuff on him until he's recovers from permethrine. What else can i use? i.e. Vaseline, E45 or Epaderm as i have got no money to get any antibiotics from the vets. I must say that my other cat that went through the same thing as not got any cuts or open wound so i dont think it cause by the permethrine.
