My cars acceleratoin pedal sticks?

I own a holden redao ute not sure what year, when i went for a drive i thought my brakes were acting up.. but when i came to a stop my car was reving like as if i had the brakes and the accelerator going at the same time.

Do i need to get a new part for my pedal, or is there some kind of spray for this?
