This is very strange...any help is greatly appreciated...2004 Nissan Altima 2.5s.
So a few months ago, i noticed the car was having trouble turning over...like a lack of power battery wise. However, the lights inside were bright, headlights strong, a/c was blowing strong etc... The car just slowly "ran out of juice" to start.
Eventually...the car wouldn't start at all, so i replaced the battery after jumping it a few times to get places...the jump starts were fairly week as well...never really started "strong" like usual.
That was about a month ago i replaced the battery, and i have noticed again, the starts have been very week even with the new battery, and now have slowly become less and less strong to the point again, where i cannot start the car.
Moreover, the car will not even accept a jump start now...it just clicks and nothing. Again, the headlights are strong, a/c, radio, etc... works perfectly in the accessory position.
In my mind diagnostically, I guess it could be a bad alternator or starter, or even wiring...the fuses all seem ok, and i noticed a light electrical burning odor coming from the starter area in the engine compartment.
If anyone could give me some ideas of what to look for here or any ideas what could be causing this i would greatly appreciate it!
